5. Conclusion:

 

In accordance with the wishes of the customer, the springs that had not been produced serially were mounted.  There is a real assumption that the loss caused by additional lifting will be even lower and have less dispersion in operation as well when serial springs are used, which will positively influence the need for additional adjusting during operation. The losses of the initial additional lifting are within the interval from 0.3 to 0.8 mm.

No deviations were found in the permanency of form of the loaded roller when check measuring was carried out.

 

All 5 delivered samples of EKOSLIDE fulfilled the standard endurance tests (2 x 10 6 cycles.).
